Hi. One of my colleagues uses email only Campaigns quite a bit and I don't know of a way to unapprove and delete an email that's already been sent. We don't want want emails in the system not adhering to our templates to avoid someone from cloning the email and perpetuating the issue. Thanks!

Do you need to keep the email program? You could archive the program so it and the email aren't as easily accessible/searchable or you could delete the program all together. I haven't found a way to remove the email from the program after it's been sent.

You can also remove the email reference in the send flow or Email Send. Check the Email > Used by tab and remove references until you can unapprove it.
Archiving also a good idea.

I think archiving is your best bet; also be sure you archive the template, not just the email/program.
