You will need to make sure you are on the approved communication list for Marketo support otherwise they will not help. If you are an administrator you should be on the list.
Also, click on the Products & Support tab ^ and you will see how to submit a ticket as well as phone numbers to call.

@terrid, you should raise a support case with Marketo for any product feature issue/support related item. As mentioned in the earlier post you'd need to be an authorized user to raise support tickets for your Marketo instance, if not, you can get yourself added as an authorized user by an existing authorized user of your Marketo account. However, if you have any contracting/subscription/renewal related queries I think you should reach out to your assigned Customer Success Manager (CSM) directly.
