Has the daily API limit been changed to 30000?

I just logged into Marketo instance today and saw that the API limit on my instance has been increased to 30,000? Can anyone validate this?

I called in support they say that there have been some changes and now there is just one combined limit of 30,000 for both SOAP and REST, and great that I was able to see the usage of both my REST and SOAP calls in the usage report.

Did anybody else noticed this change or is aware of this change?

Still seeing 10k on multiple instances.

Harjot Singh​ - Screenshot of your 30k limit here would be awesome.

Perhaps this is exclusive to you as your instance was one of the ones that was hitting the 10k limit too early and the setting was only set for your instance until it gets all cleared up?

@Jim Thoa - Here is the screenshot for the 30K limit. I have not been able to get a definitive answer to why it was increased to 30K, and was informed that it would be reverted back to 10K, but that never happened. I won't complain for having more for free Screen Shot 2016-08-19 at 12.03.09 PM.png

Is there a way to increase API calls? This is a huge problem for us.

Christina, yes you can request more API calls via your account rep. We had the same issue.

Perhaps you weren't affected? There was some sort of API update 2 weeks ago that caused the system to hit the 10k limit too early. So they upped it to 30k-40k once they realized this. Perhaps it was by request or on some pods.

Yes, this was changed because of an API issue a week or two ago. It may now be a policy.
