I've got a monthly newsletter send which went out on the 25th of Jan, however for some reason the data is not showing up in my Email Insights dashboard?
I understand the data is delayed 24 hours or so but should be coming through by now. Has anyone had this issue?

Can you confirm in Marketing Activities that the mailbox icon of this is closed, or still open? It may be that the results of the A/B test are not final yet - ? (side note, I've seen some delays in that status, but haven't correlated it back to Insights, but figure it's worth a shot?)
Thanks for your response JD. No that doesn't appear to be the problem the mailbox icon is definitely closed.
Have you tried using a filter and seeing if you can actually find the email or program?
Hi Gerard - yes that works for all our other email sends but not the last newsletter for some reason. Bug maybe?
Probably a bug. You should file a ticket with Support to make sure there wasn't an issue loading the data into Email Insights.
