Referral/sending gift card vendors that integrate with Marketo

Hello Community,

My team would like to begin a customer referral program where we send giftcards upon them submitting a referral to us via a Marketo form. My question is if anyone has used a vendor that integrates with Marketo that will allow the customer lead to flow through a smart campaign triggered by the referral form fillout and the flow could be to call a webhook that will send a giftcard to the address on their lead record.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

Hi Devraj, there are a couple of digital giftcard vendors in Launchpoint that integrate into Marketo, and ZenDesk does Physical Addresses. Check the link below for options.

My company, PFL, has an integration that allows you to send any physical item (gift cards, Swagbombs, thank you notes) from a smart campaign using a webhook. What geographies are you covering? Especially, are you covering European countries as well? If so, which ones?

We've used Rybbon a few times to deliver virtual gift cards.

I'd recommend them, as the system is very easy to integrate and use, you have the ability to return unused/unclaimed cards (for credit) and redeploy a new campaign with a different card (think offering a Amazon gift card would work better after you've gotten no takers on a Target gc.) I'm sure some of the other vendors have similar capabilities. Jignesh Shah and his team have been very responsive with whatever issue we've come across.
