Email Bounced and Email Bounce Category

What's the differences between using Email Bounced+Category is 1 vs. Email Bounce Category is 1?

I got more counts using Email Bounced+Category is 1 than just Email Category is 1. Any idea why the differences?

Email Bounce Category is a custom field in your instance.
