CNAME defaults to "page not found", how to fix?

Hi Marketo Community!

Sorry if this is a silly question.

Our CNAME hitwise.connexity.com , if you go there it lands on a page not found page. http://connexity.com/hitwise/notfound.html

How do we make it pull up "www.connexity.com" insteand? Is that done through IT/network admin?

Primary reason:

Our landing page keeps getting rejected by the Google Ad Exchange.

Google says the destination site is "not crawlable" so our theory is we need to fix where hitwise.connexity.com goes.

Any advice is appreciated!

The fallback page (displayed when you navigate to a nonexistent or unapproved URL at your LP domain) is set under Admin >> Integration >> Landing Pages.
