Great pointers.
Great tip about building a center of excellence with the cloneable programs. We had been setting up cloneable programs on a workspace-by-workspace basis, but I now have a clean set in our Default workspace that we can clone across to quickly set them up for a new workspace!
Great tips! Love this!
I love hearing the tips & tricks. They are helpful.
Center of Excellences are a must have!
I love the idea of the center of excellence for certain programs. This would save a lot of time for some of our newer Marketo Users.
Thank you for sharing such wonderful insights, would love to get more insights about webhooks, social platforms in your future videos. Please keep making such videos and help everyone on community.
Thanks, Christina!
Couldn't agree more! I have learned the hard way
Aww, thanks Geoff!
And so the student becomes the master! Way to go Chelsea Kiko !!
To have Sales and Marketing talk the same language is key indeed.
Yes. Love the #2. Alerts, tasks, interesting moments, and scoring should always involve sales.
Agree! I see a lot of people just cloning previous programs—that's such a mess! So much cleaner to have program templates.
So true about having a sales person who is your champ in the ranks - love the mention about how different sales teams use data differently. There's often an idea that 'sales' uses things xyz way, but domestic sales vs. international, partnership sales vs. product sales, they're different! Great point
Totally, JD Nelson - I have learned this the hard way
Thanks Loren Posendek!
Thanks Nick Hajdin!
Good point, Dan Stevens. - you can end dates for smart list subscriptions, but not reports.
Thank you for watching!
