Is anyone having trouble contacting support? I am unable to log cases, the phone numbers go to Marketo then say 'an error occurred,' and I've tried contacting every support email. I have been trying for weeks with zero response. Any recommendations? I've had a Marketo account since 2017.
I would recommend contacting your CSM. I'll see if I can escalate this internally for you as well.
