Can't access a form in Marketo to edit

have anyone ever experienced something of the sort?
i have a form in Marketo for a LP, i wanted to edit it but when i hit "edit draft", this is what i see and i can't do anything - add/remove fields, select, nothing in fact

but i know that this form contains fields and is working on the draft LP
all other forms work fine

what can be done except deleting and creating a new one? it's rather long and contains several field sets - i don't really want to create it from scratch again

Hi Vlada, I'd try in another browser, it looks like the fields might not be displaying in that browser.

Is there any chance that you  have two forms that are named very similarly, and that form that you've opened above actually is blank? Maybe go directly to the form using one of the landing pages where it is active?

This is really weird. If you haven't, I'd recommend reaching out to support. They can troubleshoot and escalate to engineering if needed.

Since you said this form is quite long and contains several field sets, it may just be having trouble loading. I would advise you to simply wait a little longer and see if the form loads. Our forms take several seconds to load and appear like your screenshot because they too contain many fields and sets. My solution may seem irrelevant, but I don't know how complex this form is and it may truly be an issue of waiting.

Hi @Vlada_Prasolova, I have faced the same issue 2 years ago when I added the jquery in HTML code and code shows syntax error. To fix this, I have tried to clone the form. Luckily when I cloned the form, editor opened so I deleted the code and everything works fine.

IF there is no code then try to clone the form. 

Might be cloning of form will save your time.
