Can I send an email out in batches?
I have a lerge number of leads & wish to send same email to all, but using multiple send times - is this possible?

There is no way to throttle email sends out of the box. But you can use smart campaigns with wait steps in between "send email" flow steps. Here is an example:
1. Send Email: Email A
If time zone is Eastern Standard Time
2. Remove from flow
If was sent email: Email A
3. Wait 1 hour
4. Send Email: Email A
If time zone is Central Standard Time
You can repeat the steps as necessary and whoever is sent the email will be removed from the smart campaign's flow steps with the "remove from flow" step.

Unfortunately I can’t see how to action this option – I don’t see ‘Send
email’ option

When you create a new smart campaign, those those steps will be in the smart campaigns "Flow". The step is "Send Email" and you can select the email in question.

Jayne, please move the thread to Products for later clarity. "Community" is for website feedback, not product support -- and yes, this is confusing! And mark one of Devraj's answers as correct, too.
P.S. We can't see into your Marketo instance. It requires a username and password!
