I am trying to follow the steps to add a new service to my MKTO instance as indicated here: Add GoToWebinar as a LaunchPoint Service - Marketo Docs - Product Docs and here: Add WebEX as a LaunchPoint Service - Marketo Docs - Product Docs.
However, once I get to the step to add a Service, only one service appears for Facebook Audiences:
I believe this issue is related to another issue posted here: gotowebinar integration issue
However we have reached out to our partner rep , technical account manager, customer account manager and their boss with no luck. Would anyone here know if it is a Partner Benefit thing, subscription thing, or something else?
For reference we are a Silver Partner and the Subscription Type is Base.

I'm guessing that the Event capability was not provisioned properly for your account. Can you tell me if you see the Event Program when you select "New Program."
I am pretty sure this is the issue. Can you send me the support ticket number? Or tell them you spoke to me and this is what I said.
We did get a response from support finally, but just that the engineers are looking at it, still unclear exactly what is the issue or fix. Here is the case number: 00730092
