We are facing an issue where the email that was selected in the flow step disappears or not even getting populated. But the campaign is getting scheduled rather than showing an error

I'd try accessing Marketo from a different browser/incognito window. Btw, I hope you're trying to see/access the email from the tree though, right?
A screenshot would be helpful here, as we are only guessing at what might be wrong. My first question: Did you approve your email yet?
