My name is Natalie, and I work for Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT), which is headquartered in Iowa. However, I am based in sunny Arizona. I have a solid background with Adobe Marketo Engage, having previously passed the Marketo Expert exam.

I particularly enjoy the campaign aspect of Marketo, especially building emails and landing pages. I'm excited to be part of this community and to continue expanding my knowledge and skills with all of you. Looking forward to our shared learning and growth in mastering Marketo Engage!

Super excited to have you here for the Adobe Marketo Engage Business Practitioner Expert program! Your curiosity and eagerness to learn are commendable. I'd recommend you start with reading the exam guide here. For the folks who already have some good background and experience working with Marketo, I'd recommend taking a look at some of the advanced topics, including CRM integration, field mapping, advanced campaign flow setups (especially with the wait steps, and how the processing changes (if at all it does) when the wait step is updated, removed, etc.) The coming weeks will pass quickly, so let’s dive in and make the most of this opportunity. Feel free to ask any questions you might have along the way!
