Ship a glass award when you achieve level 10

Why not offering a nice glass award to people reaching level 10 in the community. That could be applicable to level 9 or even 8 as well. We are not so many. Or a nice sweatshirt...

I would put the award in my office.

It should have no impact on Marketo’s bottom line: there are only 2 10s, a 9 and an 8!  A whopping 4 members.
