Max. Number of Times

Certain flow steps have the option to choose the "Min. Number of Times" someone performed that action, but there's no "Max. Number of Times". This constraint is helpful if you're looking for bots or other automatic behavior that indicates the action isn't being done by a real person.

I have an Anonymous Web Activity report where bots from legitimate companies I want to track are hitting my webpage hundreds of times a day. According to support there's no way to prevent this without changing my smart list in a way that may exclude legitimate companies accidentally. Maximum Number of Times as a constraint would fix my problem!

Another use case is "Had Interesting Moment." You can add a constraint for Min. Number of Times but not Max Number of Times. I want to populate a "First Interesting Moment" field form "Last Interesting Moment". This is easy going forward. But for the existing database, I have to exclude those people who have already had more than one IM. Max. Number of Times would make this easy.

Try Not Had IM with a min, combined with Had IM ​with no min.

Yup - that's exactly what I did. I still think Marketo should implement "Max. Number of Time" though.
