Hey all,

 

we have started using Dynamic Chat, and I guess we have understood Live Chat, Meeting Booking & Calendar Sync, Data Capture... but we're wondering what any of this has to do with AI. Is it so that AI is only part of DC when you update to Prime? (https://business.adobe.com/resources/sdk/marketo-dynamic-chat-pricing-packaging.html). And that said: Does Adobe provision that Prime package to Partner Sandboxes, so we can demonstrate it to our clients?
