We currently have an operational smart campaign in place that immediately sends an alert to the person owner when someone MQLs. What we want to do now is send a series of follow up alerts if the person owner has not followed up with that MQL after 12 hours, 24 hours, and 36 hours. However, we need t...
Try refreshing your page. Sometimes it can take a bit to save when it has a bunch of data to search through, but a simple "clicked link in email" with the date constraint shouldn't take more than a few seconds.Take open and clicks with a grain of salt though. Sasha Tchulkova are you saying Marketo is still processing the work flow to send to the remaining 58 people or that it failed to send to them? For such few people it seems odd that Marketo would have a hard time processing that. Check your Campaign Queue and see if it's in there. I'd contact Marketo...

I haven't used the tool from a customer standpoint so won't speak to the integration, but have requested demos before...
I'd check this possible reason first provided by Devraj Grewal:https://nation.marketo.com/message/189135-program-clone-failed Basically just make sure your permissions haven't been changed since you last tried to clone. If they haven't, then you may need to reach out to support.
