We're on a shared IP with Marketo and I've been browsing through this portal but I cannot locate instructions we can send to our customers on how to whitelist Marketo's IP. All of those links I have found are broken.

You can ask your customers to add your emails or domain to the address book, but few will do so. Your best friends may go to their IT to ask for your IP and domain to be whitelisted.
There are several resources here on email deliverability and reputation, which may help. If you were dinged for a spam trap, be sure to ask Support to put you back on a better shared IP as you may be on a bad one still.
Further to Josh's note, I actually think it's an extremely risky move to whitelist Marketo IPs and would never do so as a mail server admin. However, I would gladly whitelist DKIM-signed messages from a specific domain. That's the kind of targeted whitelisting that people should be doing nowadays.
What verbiage would I give an IT admin to tell him what we're hoping to do? Is DKIM-signed messages from my email domain enough? I assume with valid DKIM settings that this is what's happening already?

Simply having a valid DKIM signature definitely shouldn't be used for whitelisting. Almost anybody can DKIM-sign their messages.
But a DKIM signature from a particular domain means the email can be definitively attributed/owned/authorized/non-repudiated by that domain.
So rather than asking people to whitelist based on From/Reply-To @domain (which can be easily forged by people who are not authorized to use your domain) or based on IP address @marketo (which whitelists all Marketo emails from all customers) by asking them to whitelist based on DKIM @domain you're saying, "Whitelist email that is legitimately from my company" with no collateral damage.
The solution posted doesn't seem to include any instructions that can be sent to customers (aka people who aren't using Marketo but receive emails from Marketo via a third party).
We are suffering from email deliverability and would like to instruct our customers how to make sure they receive our emails. Are there any online instructions for this? Or is it as simple as telling our customers to add us as a contact in their email client even if the sender name may change? Or is there a way to add the domain as a contact in their email client? Thank you in advance.
