I'm currently looking at solving for this as well. Its really not clear if this works in China and i need a CAPTCHA solution that does work in China. Has anyone had any success with the integrated Google reCAPTCHA v3? or is it unreliable?
Any plans to allow the engagement map to visualize at the program level? One of the challenges i've had is trying to explain how smart campaigns under a program are interconnected. I've love to see this as added functionality.
Wondering if any updates to this?
Good point. In this case I'm using DynamicChat is this isn't a concern as we actually want to know who is answering the question to better understand the customer and we state this in the chat dialog. Totally agree if you are looking for anonymous data collection then using another tool (Qualtrics o...
So I've actually done this using DynamicChat and its not hard at all. So first- > Created your question and the answers using the Question object. Then you create a series of generic goals one for each answer...like this. Next back in Marketo you would use a series of smart campaigns with a dialo...
I'm not sure about using the Muchkin cookie to track the person and tie back only because i think that ID may change now and then. What we do is use an API to create a hashed value of the SFDC ID and save it as a field in Marketo. We then attach the hashed value as a parameter on the email URLs. T...
This might be a silly question but are you sure they are the same field on the same object? One of the things i've had to deal with is that our SFDC dev team has created a number of fields that are the "same" field on different objects but they are not tied together. Its caused some wacky things sim...
I'd have to work my IT web team on setting this up, but this could get to it. One thing to also consider is the need to add logic to exclude this lead from various workflows and our web analytics platform. Not impossible but more effort than I was hoping for for this use case. But I can keep this ...
Yeah that works. Sadly its really the reverse of what i'm looking for but it will get the job done for now. My concern is that end users would get "alert fatigue" from monitoring successful form fills. But this seems to be a limitation of Marketo. Thanks for the suggestion
Thanks - this makes sense and I'll go ahead and set this up. Wish i could it the other way around so i don't have to keep monitoring successful form fills but I guess this is a limitation of Marketo.
