  • Marketo failed in sending subscribed reports some days

    I subscribed some Marketo Program Performance reports for my colleagues. But Marketo does not send these every day very randomly. For example, I took this screenshot on Jul 15 and I found Marketo sent reports on Jul 13th but not on 14th. How can I solve this problem?

    Good points for a double-check. However, I did refresh the report and nothing was contained in my smart list.I suppose this is a system error or something.

    My colleague runs a yearly email performance report. Marketo shows a total sent of 5.8m. However, after downloading, the true number we find in Exel is 6.8m.I create a new report and also see 6.8m. I think there's a chance that Marketo does the wrong calculations.

    "Change Data Value" was run normally. We have tried to directly use {{lead.ID}} in the link in that email, and it works well now. Many thanks!
