Cathal,The issue that I have is not only the fact that the box is not ticked but that when I tick it (and save it) and then go back a couple of weeks later, the box is back to untick. Next time I notice that, I will send copy of email and Marketo screenshot to support.Cécile

Hi,Each time I receive an alert from the prospect web server saying "no such user", I tick the Email invalid box and I add "no such user" in Email Invalid Cause. However I have noticed that several times the cause remains but the box is unticked. Is this a system bug?thanksCécile
