I suggest (if possible) to only download visible fields and to do your export when the US are sleeping 🙂 ... any exports I do in the morning (I'm based in Paris) are super fast. In the afternoon and early evening, it's usually a nightmare... because our data are stored in a US server I guess.

I don't know if this answers your question but what I have noticed is that Marketo is building its look up / key on email address. In other words if we load data without email address and then we want to populate email address, the only way we can do it (as far as I know) is to do it manually. Obvio...

Hi,I'm exporting a series of smart lists, all with the exact same customized view. 9/10 the order of columns matchs and 1/10 it doesn't. I re-export spreadsheet and this is fine. Have you also noticed that? This drives me crazy!Cécile
