Did you ever figure out why this happened? We are having the same issue with a webinar on June 24th. We had to push the webinar out a week. I changed the date in the Zoom meeting and Refreshed From Webinar Partner in Marketo. The meeting ID never changed. Registrations were being passed correctly up...
