I checked off the fields. I can't get the information to fill in the body of the email after it is sent to my inbox through a smart campaign. Should I be using the REST API Name or SOAP API Name instead when referencing the fields? Or does the friendly name suffice?

Ok. Yes. I can export the list and sum them up that way. But, I would also like to extract the number of times an individual visited a page from the engagement program. I can drill down into the user and see that information. But, to try to tally that for 1000's of people would be impractical.
