I believe this already exists - in the Admin Webhook setup, there's a 'Used By: #' that links to a clickable list of references

This is possible with Program Performance report. In the setup you can add filters of Channel, then check the box for 'Show program status columns'. Then you'll have a report of all your webinar programs and the count of people in each status. More info here https://docs.marketo.com/display/public/D...
