Thanks for replying.I'm using the email to identify the contact that will be approved or rejected. It might be that I have to get the approver to enter the email address and then that will set the status field to approved or rejected. Hi All,The only data I can get is that an Enterprise account has 50 users minimum, if you need them or not. And I still dont know what makes someone an Enterprise, Elite, Pro etc.The API accounts are included in that total too.thanksMark
