Thanks for your reply. Seems silly.It leaves us with a manual merge to save the history in the older record? I'm thinking to delete any lead created without an email!!!!! to avoid the issue before it starts.

Hello All,I always thought if an anonymous lead was created but then became known and that lead already exists the leads will be merged. It seems if the lead exists but another lead is created without an email address and then is identified as the existing lead these records do not merge.The merge ...

Just wondered how are you setting up the marketo form to determine which event time in goto webinar the user is registering for.Or can it not do that and I need a separate invite and form for each time...

HelloI think that speaks volumes if Microsoft cant get it to work how they want. I wouldn't call adding a lead to Dynamics without overwriting the Dynamics contact info an advanced task to try and attempt. I want to push the lead and the sales people can convert and choose which data to keep or me...
