Hi Courtney,The other option would be to use a Smart Campaign and some Wait Steps. You can do this in a couple ways, but I'll give you the two I most recommend, and other's can reply with their favorite methods.First, you could split your database into as many lists as you like. You can do 5 lists o...
Hi Cristina,The program will also take into account the number of emails that were actually delivered and opened, so there is more to the equation than clicks alone. I've actually had cases where one email got more clicks, but the other had a higher click ratio when Delivered and Opened were taken ...
Hi Michael,That field (Days Since Last Activity) looks to be a custom field. This would mean that the filter is looking solely at the field value, and not act any actual activities. For those leads you don't think should be on the list, what value do they have in this field? Is it possible the fi...
Hi Beth,Are you certain you have munchkin on the site? Also, are you sure it's not there, but maybe without http://? Sometimes the url you expect isn't exactly what gets tracked. The easiest way usually is to look at the record for a lead that you know has visited the site and see what url was trac...
Hi Ananthan,When you send the original email, are you sending it as a test or through a campaign or flow action? The email must be sent through a flow action in order for the Forward to a Friend link to work correctly.John
To add to Mike's comment, the reason this does not also make changes in SFDC is because Marketo is not able to edit Account fields. You're correct about the association between leads that all have the same Account in SFDC being affected, but they only get changed in Marketo.John
Hi Pedro,Were any of the flow steps changed after the campaign was started? If any of the wait steps got changed or rearranged, then it's possible the leads are not in the same place in the flow that you think they are.I would recommend opening a case with support so we can take a look at the histo...
Hi Taylor,You haven't chosen an alert email to be sent. The Send Alert flow step has to be told which alert email in your system you want to receive when leads fill out a form. Because the Email: section of your flow step is blank it doesn't know what email to send.John
Hi Ashley,Are you using the Embed Code that's provided for all of your Marketo forms? If so, then there shouldn't be any problem with your trigger campaigns reacting to these form fill outs. The activity for the forms will be logged in your lead records, just like any other form in Marketo, and th...
Hi Serene,Marketo will only log a Delivered activity for an email if we get a message back from the receiving server saying that it will take the message. Once that happens we don't have any more control over, or insight into, what happens with the message. It's possible that it's getting blocked ...
