Hi Lindsay,Do you have any kind of sharing rules that may be removing the visibility to some leads from the sync user? This error is most common when the sync user loses visibility after the record is first inserted into SFDC.John
Hi Christina,It's not currently possible for Marketo to create Contacts in Salesforce. I don't know that this is something that will change in the future, but I would encourage you to submit an idea or vote for a similar idea that's already been posted.John
Hi Jeremy,The easiest way to do this, if you're importing a list anyway, would be to import that list directly into the program itself. In the third step of this import you will be able to choose the status you want to give to each of these leads. Keep in mind that only a single status can be give...

Then you can build a smart campaign that you'll run anytime you want to pull a portion of the leads from the pool. The campaign will look like this.Smart ListMember Of List (List...
Hi Stephen,It's not currently possible to automatically block certain leads based on a program tag. You would need to include the Not Member Of Smartlist filter in any email campaign, and choose the smart list of leads you don't want qualifying for it.John
I would recommend setting them up in the Lead Database as stand alone smart lists. These would not have any connection to any of the Analytics reports.John
