Hey Janet,It's easier if you have a consistent company email domain. In this case I'd make a smart list with the filter Email Address contains "@whateveryourdomainis"Then you can just exclude that smart list from all reporting. And you may want to exclude from progressions,emails,etc, too.

I don't think there's any way to add multiple smart lists in one filter. I'd just drag in 6 different filters and use filter logic to make sure it's: "Is not member of smart list --" OR "Is not member of smart list --" OR", etc.

Hey Michelle! I agree, I think that you have to own the leads. But they could add these leads to the watch list if they wanted... this way they can still see them all together in one view and see stars/flames and interesting moments. It would be nice to be able to customize lead feed alerts.
