I would like more than 12 months. Sometimes I like looking at QTR over QTR by year - So if I were pulling Q2 2014 and Q2 2013 numbers right now, I wouldn't be able to if we only did 12 months history. So I'd say for what I normally pull, maybe 15 months? 2 years would def be a safer number though.

Hi Kelly,I've had success with html emails, but pretty plain and simple (like Marketo's). What seems to work is to send one or two of that variety and then the third invite would be text and something more personal, like "Kelly, the webinar is filling up, register before it's too late blah blah..."....

Thanks Cheryl. I figured it was because this was a Champ/Challenger test that it thought it was ongoing.

It's happening again today. The weird thing is, when I right click on the test to edit it, it freezes and won't save (like I mentioned last week). BUT if I click on the test and in that main view click edit test, it will work. Odd.

When you upload a list, those leads should instantly be part of your database. Usually when you have to download to see images, it's a setting in your Outlook. Change this in your preferences to always show images and you should be good. Hope this is what you were asking?
