Good morning,I've set up Webex adaptors in the past but we've always had Event Center. Currently, we just have Meeting Center. Will this work with the adaptor? And what differences should I expect using Meeting Center?Thanks!
Hey Ethan,I know when Marketo first released this feature there was a glitch in how it was pulling iOS #s. I believe they fixed it, I'd like to know the answer to this too.
They wouldn't sync because that whole sync is around email address. When this is populated, they should sync over at that time. This is why I wouldn't put into Marketo, they wouldn't be visible to reps bc they wouldn't sync to the CRM without an email address.As for pre-qualifying... I agree. So if ...
The two you mentioned are great! I'd also just get in the University section and watch those short videos and take the quizzes that go with them.
I don't put leads without emails into Marketo, I feel it's bad data. If they look to be good leads, maybe you put them into SFDC and have reps follow-up and get email addresses so they can sync over.
Quick question - SFDC admins don't enable the Send w Marketo button on which tab? My Marketo or Contacts/Leads tabs?
Hi Leah,I'm not sure if there is an amount of time someone needs to be on a page... when testing I usually visit and close it immediately and I get counted.If the lead is anonymous and visits >1 time they may show up as more than one number in the summary of your Visits progression status smart camp...
Normally this happens when "active" isn't checked, as Cathal says above. It may have just needed time to sync, too.
Great! And as a tip while you're still sorting these out, I suggest checking this report on a regular basis to make sure the leads are showing acquisition programs. Happy Friday!
