Yes to what Josh said. Something I've done before is edit the landing page and in draft form it would have a grayed out box over the form saying this is full, etc. Then you just have to approve right when that count hits your limit.

I agree with Dory here! It would depend if the 3rd is operational. But also remember you do have the opportunity to disregard the communication limits if you absolutely need that email sent but I wouldn't recommend it.Kim

Hey Dina,I'm pretty sure it only shows the most recent 10 addresses you've sent samples to. I don't know of a way to clean this up but usually all of the applicable ones are first on the list and the older ones eventually fall off.-Kim
