Instead of searching for and selecting the email(s), have you tried to pull in the AB Test email? Start typing the name of the email into the field and then it'll drop down with the values, it's usually called something "AB Test", instead of the individual email that you created.
No, they won't. As long as it's the exact same email, dragged into both streams Marketo will recognize that and won't send it again.

I agree with Nate. All names in Marketo are "leads" but depending on your SFDC setup and what each record requires and which information carries over when converted, that's what you'd be able to see. Is this your question?

A few things to check: Communication Limits - what are yours? engagement programs always take into account these limits so I'd check to see if that's what happened.
