This should def be added as part of Marketo's roadmap. Submitted a ticket on this in the last few days and was told its not on the roadmap yet. Really important feature that would open up a ton of opportunity for efficiency from a lead assignment perspective!
been keeping an eye very closely on this and thankfully have not seen any sync issues YET. Either way, they really need to get this fixed.
We have this issue. We're trying to update our master template that has over 6K emails based off of it and it's failing approval every time. Very frusterating and defeats the purpose of a master template structure IMO.

Also have been getting this error for weeks and cannt get a definative root cause from Marketo or SFDC support. Attempting to get both on the phone together. Will report back any findings that I come across.

Thanks Sanford! Any Chargify documentation you could recommend to read up on this? Would the webhook be listening for a response from the payment processor to indicate the successful transaction?
