Ah, makes sense. Thanks Sandford!
Hello So we know that formula field updates in SFDC don't trigger the SystemModStamp, which means these fields won't update regularly and oftentimes require a manual sync. Would the following solution work? 1) Field 1 is updated on Account object2) Formula Field referencing Field 1 is updated with s...
Hi - question/clarification! If we have an active trigger that is listening for web page visits, and an unknown user visits that webpage and then 2 weeks later they fill out a form and become known, will the original trigger fire retroactively? In other words - will MKTO know that this user visited ...
I think the true value of program member fields will come if/when MKTO allows us to sync these fields to campaigns in SFDC. It would help us solve so many of our problems if we could write information directly to campaign member fields
Veronica, super helpful, I appreciate it. We are still trying to solve for this, and your suggestions are putting us on the right path! Do you have any more information on the SystemModStamp field and your suggestion about a SFDC workflow to trigger updates? Does this have to happen every single tim...

If I run a batch campaign and sync them to SFDC, the fields get updated. My question is - why do I have to manua...
Is there any way to trigger a notification in Marketo when this happens? Or perhaps a report that could catch this? I agree that creating a more synchronous system is the way to go, but in the meantime I want to make sure I have visibility into records.
I just want to clarify - if you open a Marketo email 3 times, does Marketo count that as 3 opens or are the open numbers unique? The reason why I ask is because I notice that sometimes open numbers are higher than delivered, which would lead me to believe that open numbers are not unique. thanks.
Any insight on what happens to the loser?
