Yes, the lead had that field populated and it still didn't work.But I just sent myself a sample again this morning and it did work. I didn't make any changes from yesterday. Hmm...Could it be that when you create a new custom field it takes time for it to be 'usable' ?

I think I have it working!I am no longer getting an error message. I can see the number of times a particular form was downloaded in a particular month. If I use the Drill Down Report I can see this information by full name, email address, etc.Thank you all.
