Hi, We use SFDC and are going to use a partner to help us clean that side of our data. However, there is a concern that if we delete people who have unsubscribed we're not adhering to email rules and regs. So I'm wondering how people go about that.
I didn't find anything that was helpful. I must be searching incorrectly.
Hi Josh,I was trying to use the sales email filter:That would only pull one person. I ended up just using "was sent sales email" in past 10 days from x person. That worked but I'm still curious how others go about filtering a specific sales insight email that wasn't a template.Thanks!

Hello,I am trying to exclude people who received an email from a sales director that did not use a marketo template. How can I go about this?I tried creating a smart list using what I thought was the email ID but it only pulls one person with that. Any other work arounds?
So if the "unsubscribed" isn't checked that means they can still be subscribed to our other brands, correct? That is what we would want.I need to dig further and check about a subscription center.

Thank you, Amy. Our Marketo instance doesn't auto sync back to SFDC so I believe we might've missed a person source through a form fill. At one point that flow wasn't setup but I recently did. I'm going to check original referrer and see what that pulls.Thank you!
