You can also change this field to a String and have it do Yes or No. Then do the reverse of what Thomas suggests if you need Yes=1 and No=0 in the original field.
What do you mean tab title? Do you mean the HTML TITLE tag? The best way is to hard code this as a token that you will standardize across email programs. So any program will require a My Token: Text: Name: my.Email Title Name = {{my.Email Title Name}}
