You can disconnect the sync. In my experience, bad things will happen when you reconnect it. To avoid bad things you should ensure the same statuses are already setup in the New Campaign. You can disconnect the Program from Old Campaign and reconnect to new campaign. You may find that the existing ...
Yes, you have the right idea: Set the Remove Campaign to do this: Smart List: Trigger: Fills Out Form is X on Page Y Flow: Remove from Campaign A (consider doing Add to List "Completed Survey" if you want) I'm not quite sure about knowing when the person complete the whole survey. Check if there...
Erica,So you mean that the "person" is using "library@company.com" and that several people share that email.I'm pretty sure there's no good way to handle that unless they start using separate email addresses because the cookie is linked to the email as an identifier.

The advantage ...

I think it was 200 unless that limit was removed. The Forward suggestion is pointless because an SI user would be unlikely to do that...it's the target that will end up doing so. Unless Sales was actually testing the ...
Christina,Since Forms can be used on more than one page, you cannot report on Form fill outs using the Report tool. You must use a Smart List to say "Filled Out Form IS "X"" and leave the other options blank. But it's pointless to do that because it is the CTA and page content that induce people to f...
Yes, so Anonymous Leads are removed after 90 days and so are things like web activity for all records. There's an article about archiving activities someplace. You can "opt out" of this data removal by contacting Support if you think that such data will be needed.
I'd suggest my blog once they've done the Tutorials and taken a few key steps into sending emails or setting up lead management:http://www.marketingrockstarguides.com
