So you might be able to export that data directly out of HubSpot and into Marketo?Or into a SQL db, and then use the API to migrate that data associated with an email or ID#?
Yes. That will work.Export the smart list FIRST just in case.
Hi Sherry, email me at josh@marketingrockstarguides.com.
The smart list should say who opened the email. Click on Leads.
As far as I know, MSI doesn't work with Queues. Yes, the lead can be routed to a Q via Marketo. If you want MSI info, you have to see it on the Lead Record regardless of Lead Owner. In order for Best Bets to appear, only a User can see that and that User must be assigned to MSI.
Yes, you could do this. It partially depends on the MQL push workflow (when does Marketo push to SFDC?) Create a Campaign like "On Recycle" Data Value Changes IS Lead Status = Recycle Then Delete Lead in SFDC, Delete in Marketo=False Whatever else you want.
There should be an email performance tab. Alternatively, you can use a smart list to do Email Was Opened IS "X" Between X and Y dates.
Probably that your site was the referrer. That can occur if the lead went to your main site and then to the marketo page:www.myfirm.com/webinar.html > pages.myfirm.com/register-webinar.html
Data Value Changed is a filter, not a trigger.Data Value Changes is a trigger. This will fire on new leads or anytime the selected field receives an update.A better way to handle this situation is to sayFills Out Form IS "x" on Page IS "Y"to ensure the email is sent when the lead comes in. Of course...
Did you search for the email address you used on the test leads? Your smart list criteria could be wrong.
