I think the Outlook Plugin will do this. Marketo+SFDC will record the SI email as an Activity on the lead record, so there isn't really a reason to CC yourself.

Yes, I believe there is a limit of 30,000 rows in most cases. You might try a few things:-reduce the fields you download-call support to download all of your leads.
