Marketo does update the Program Name in most cases so you won't have to do too much adjustment, but I'd still check on each flow. You'll have to turn them all on anyway.

No, this is not permitted.It is easy to add a link to the file that the recipient can click on and then you can track. You can upload the file to Marketo>Design>Images OR to your website.
Haven't tried this, but I imagine you'd need to run some sort of script to collect the data without submitting the form.
