No, this cannot be done in the Marketo flow step. You could setup a trigger or another field to help mark the lead. eg:Marketing Qualified Reason = Hot LeadSFDC Trigger: adjust last Task to say Hot Lead.

Good question. Maybe it just means that as long as you have setup the DKIM code on your side, it is automatic and you don't have to wait for Support.
You can only do this at the Template level by changing the table width or Row or Cell settings.But, you could potentially edit the HTML using Replace HTML menu. But I believe this may break any Dynamic Content if you aren't careful.
