Do you mean the Engagement Score? This is a score of how well people engage with your content in the Engagement. It is an index score based on all interactions across ALL marketo clients. So if you are above 50, your content is more engaging than 50% of content.

Marketo is going to dedupe against email address.What you can do is disable pre-fill on that form and page by turning that off on the Form level. This is what people call a Kiosk form. You will need to disable pre-fill on each Field.
