The Country field is a picklist and the value you are pushing to SFDC does not match the value in SFDC. SFDC is protecting this field from outside values.Please check your picklist.
You can get all of this data, but not in one report. Program Performance report should help.

You need to Approve the Template.If you are using Workspaces, the template is only visible to that WS.
