Inferred fields are not 100% accurate because of travel, regional ISP hubs, etc.BUT they can be generally helpful for countries and State when those are not available from the lead or a data appending service.

The only thing (that I'm aware of) is that disabling javascript will mean the form cannot pre-fill or do any fancy things you asked it to do (lightbox). Otherwise the form should be fine.
So you can't do it in the Marketo system like how you have it.You may be able to drag that in as a formula field, but you should be pointing sales to the CRM record.
You can look for lead.SFDC IDif for some reason it is not there, then you will need a custom formula field to pull that in on the SFDC side.
Audrey, I recommend reviewing the Marketo Sync documents. You should NOT set Lead Score in SFDC. That is for Marketo to change, this is why it is overwritten. Pretty much any field on the Lead or Contact can be written to by Marketo. The way to avoid this is to tell Marketo to block certain field...
You can go to the Dashboard view.If you want member statuses to show Clicked, Opened, you need to create a custom Email channel that adds those statuses and then setup separate status flows to listen for CLicks and Opens.
