Can you tell us more about what this brand message is?I don't have any issues with something like this in a second column that is unobstrusive. But A or B would be very confusing to people and dilute your message.

If the sign up date is different for each lead, I'm not sure you can do this inside Marketo.The filters would return any lead who Was Sent Email Before Date "Jan 31, 2013" or between, on or after etc... So you can't do something likeWas Sent Email AND Email Was Sent Before Lead's Signup Date.unless ...
You can use the Duplicate Filter which allows you to check by Email, Name, and Company.But Marketo will dedupe an email send automatically, so you don't have to do this unless you are planning to clean your database.
Are you placing this code in the Admin > Email > Unsubscribe HTML footer area?Is there a conflict with a style elsewhere in your html code that would cause the link to be white?
I noticed something weird with the personal vs. system time as well.Also, I thought Personal Time Zone was just showing you the actual time from your perspective, but had nothing to do with the system time.
Is the Form+Page within the Program? Is the trigger inside the Program handling the acquisition correctly?How is your report setup?
