Hi Scott - We track similar metrics minus SQL's with one extra - demo requests - which are auto mql's for us. However, this is a key revenue stream so we highlight it in particular with very specific goals. We did start doing sales ready/sales accepted leads initially but had quite a few adoption ...
Hi Heidi - Can't speak for Pardot but I have used Hubspot. It lacks many of what I consider fundamental elements and tools that Marketo offers. Flows, triggers, batches, list building, etc. are all very basic and lack quite a bit of functionality. Engagement streams are complicated to set up. It ...
Becky Miner Do you receive Webex release notices? I don't know how or why I receive them, but we have noticed that whenever we get one, there is a good chance the connection will be down the following Monday morning. This has helped us plan a bit better though we still cannot always fix it in time...
Thank you for clarifying. We also have separate streams by industry at the moment which works just as well. These heavily use tokens to cut down on editing time. Dynamic content would work well though in your situation. Check out the dynamic content training in university. It outlines all the b...
Forgot to mention one thing Eric. We did use a sandbox environment for quite a bit of testing before we flipped the switch here. I'd highly recommend considering this. Best of luck!
Hi Eric - We also added SFDC onto a very mature Marketo instance. You have my sympathies! Justin is right on the money particularly on those in our organization not being comfortable with Marketo having too much control in SFDC. This limited our options. First I'd establish how much control the...
Andrew - this has happened to us several times, and again this week in fact, and always has to do with a sync failure with the webinar host (Webex) and Marketo. Sometimes what Roxann McGlumphy mentioned above works but sometimes it doesn't. We normally submit tickets to support immediately while w...
Hi Chad - I think I understand what you are asking here so apologies if I'm not! We do not move people back in engagement streams, just down different paths. Because they have demonstrated interest, I'd treat them differently for a good long while. The path could focus on their "engagement" then ...
Thanks, Josh! Support is helpful to a degree but takes ages to figure out issues as no one at Marketo seems to know much about the Webex sync. Meanwhile, our production process grinds to a halt. I'll give GTW and ON24 a look.
